Location

The address is Tullisali, Tyrnäväntie 16, 90400 Oulu.

Tullisali is located within easy reach of Oulu Limingantulli in the Elämyskeskus Terminaali. There is plenty of parking space around the terminal for a variety of vehicles, from cars to station wagons. Loading and unloading at the Tullisali is also easy thanks to the docks and ramps – no lifts, no stairs and no awkward lifts.

Access

We will always meet you at the time agreed, so it is important to arrange your arrival time in advance.

Load in

Load-in will take place from the back of the house on pier number four, where there is a loading dock for trucks and other crane-type vehicles. For smaller vehicles, there is a ramp on pier 6. The distance from the ramp and the platform to the hall is approximately 3o metres and does not include stairs or other lifts.

Parking

There is ample free parking space for all types of vehicles in the vicinity of the loading bay.
If you need electricity for your vehicle while you park, please let us know in advance. Electricity for your vehicle can be arranged.

The wide range of restaurant services can be easily tailored to your needs, from morning coffees to all-day meeting packages with or without drinks. If required, the client can choose the caterer themselves. However, the serving of alcohol is always the responsibility of the Tullisali (Qstock Ltd), in accordance with the liquor license.

We cooperate with catering providers in the area, so we can cater for both casual buffets and more sophisticated gourmet dinners served by professional caterers.

Feel free to express your wishes when requesting a quote or during negotiations, and we will tailor the catering to suit your event.

The security of your event will be handled by the Tullisali security service, in accordance with the contract and the needs assessment.

We can provide a flexible service for your cloakroom. If required, we can provide you with a tacking service, the location and number of which can be tailored to your event. We can also provide you with professional staff to ensure the smooth running of the turnstile service at your event. If you wish, you can also organise the stall service yourself.

Our location in the Elämyskeskus Terminaali allows for a wide range of events to grow beyond the walls of the Tullisali.

There is the services of the Robson`s lunch restaurant, SuperPark for playful recreation, the CityDance dance centre, the Fight Club and the Voitto sports centre for fitness.

It is therefore possible to organise a full day of recreation or an event lasting several days.

The password will be provided to the event organiser.

If you wish, you can organise a promotional sale in connection with a gig or event. We can provide you with tables suitable for this purpose.

The commission for ancillary sales is always case-specific and must be agreed in the performance contract.

The use of pyrotechnics or other special effects (e.g. cooking in the hall) must always be agreed in advance. The service provider must be an official service provider and the responsibility for special effects lies with the service provider. Official authorisations must be obtained in advance.
