Nordic Collaboration for EU Transition

Hydrogen Impact Forum: Nordic Collaboration for EU Transition brings together different stakeholders from the Nordic countries and discuss social acceptance of local hydrogen projects in Hydrogen Impact Forum round tables. The round tables for Sweden and Norway will be conducted in advance, and the results will be presented at the event. Finland’s roundtable discussions will take place on-site before the event begins. Key challenges from each​ round table are presented to a ​business panel. Outcome of their​ discussion is commented by policymakers from Norway, Sweden​, Finland. Academic institutions observe​ what kind of impacts hydrogen​ development has(had) and draw​ conclusions that later will be​ delivered as policy​ recommendations.​

Hydrogen Impact Forum provides a facilitated discussion platform for stakeholders of the hydrogen transition. The discussion will focus in particular on the experiences of different actors in Finland, Sweden and Norway in participating in the planning phases of the projects. The aim is also to discuss how to improve the information flow and build trust. Roundtable panelists are recruited in advance, but everyone can come to follow the discussion
